At Fiona Ritchie Skin Co., I carefully reserve time especially for you, and I kindly ask that you extend the same consideration to us.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice so your appointment time can be offered to another client.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service.* Please call to rearrange a time, we understand if life gets in the way. Missed appointments will be charged in full.
