Gift Vouchers
Your gift voucher can be redeemed towards treatments or skincare purchases.
You can pick up a physical gift voucher in store, receive it at your email address or send it directly to the recipient's email address.
All gift vouchers are a dollar value; we do not create vouchers for a treatment type.

Important Information
All bookings require a 50% deposit. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you want to change or cancel your appointment on the day of it, you will incur a 50% change or cancellation fee.
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible, as it may reduce the time we have to spend with you, so we do not impact other clients.
Cancellation Policy
At Fiona Ritchie Skin Co., we carefully reserve time especially for you, and we kindly ask that you extend the same consideration to us.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice so your appointment time can be offered to another client.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service. Missed appointments will be charged at 100% of the appointment value.
