Important Information
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy*. If you want to change or cancel your appointment on the day of it, you may incur a 50% change or cancellation fee. We understand life can get in the way, please get in touch to reschedule your appointment or request a refund.
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible, as it may reduce the time we have to spend with you, so we do not impact other clients.*
Cancellation Policy
At Fiona Ritchie Skin Co., we carefully reserve time especially for you, and we kindly ask that you extend the same consideration to us.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice so your appointment time can be offered to another client. We know life can get in the way, please get in touch should you need to reschedule your appointment.
