Important Information
All bookings require a 50% deposit. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy*. If you want to change or cancel your appointment on the day of it, you will incur a 50% change or cancellation fee.
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible, as it may reduce the time we have to spend with you, so we do not impact other clients.
Cancellation Policy
At Fiona Ritchie Skin Co., we carefully reserve time especially for you, and we kindly ask that you extend the same consideration to us.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice so your appointment time can be offered to another client.
We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us provide the highest level of care to all clients.
