Cancellation policy
At Fiona Ritchie Skin Co., I carefully reserve time especially for you, and I kindly ask that you extend the same consideration to us.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice so your appointment time can be offered to another client. We understand life sometimes gets in the way, txt to reschedule.
Cancellations or changes within 24 hours will incur 50% fee of the scheduled appointments. Missed appointments will be charged at the 100% of the full price.
